DIRECT BILLING
Do you have coverage through extended health benefits at work?
Private insurance companies through your extended health care benefits often assist you with your fee for psychotherapy. You will need to contact your representative at your place of employment, or contact the insurer directly to determine the amount of coverage you and your family members have available. Some insurers require a doctor’s note, so we encourage you to check that out directly with your insurer.
We ask that you pay the full cost of your sessions at the end of each session, and we will email you an official receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider.
Who can we direct bill?
We can direct bill
- Medavie Blue Cross (for Veterans Affairs, RCMP)
- Edmonton Police Service Employee and Family Assistance Section (EFAS)
- Alberta Employee School Board Plan (ASEBP pays up to $100 per session, partial payment)
- Green Shield of Canada (CSC)
- Alberta Blue Cross
- ProviderConnect
- SSQ Financial Group
If you do not see your insurance provider on our list and believe we can direct bill, please contact our office and we will discuss your situation with you personally.
